During my professional practice in the delivery room, I noticed the benefits of the massages I practiced to my patients. At this time, I decided to study massage techniques to complete my midwifery training. In 2006, I trained in Ayurvedic massage in India and discovered Hatha yoga. I started with a personal practice before going into teaching by taking courses in 2009, 2011, 2016.
I am a graduate of Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, located in South East India. I wanted to train on the land of origin of these therapies to avoid an additional interlocutor with the original texts. I followed the teaching of Indian graduate teachers. When I practice an Indian massage I adjust the pressure (less strong) compared to what I learned in India but the massage is the same.
I trained in aromatherapy in Paris and I replace the dried plants traditionally used for Ayurvedic massage with a blend of essential oils adapted to the needs of the person. My Hatha yoga classes are faithful to the knowledge I learned in India, I do not mix them with other exercises or other types of yoga.
My values are humility, honesty, fidelity, sharing, listening, trust.
